Design and Styling
Exterior Highlights
The Toyota Urban Cruiser EV borrows heavily from the Maruti e Vitara, featuring a balanced design that avoids extreme futuristic elements. Key styling cues include a closed-off front grille, integrated ADAS sensor, active air flaps, and 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
Overall Design Language
Body-coloured ORVMs and clean surface lines give the Urban Cruiser EV a familiar yet modern road presence, aligning with Toyota’s conservative design philosophy.
Interior and Features
Cabin Layout
Inside, the electric SUV is expected to feature a dual-tone cabin theme with vertical AC vents and a minimalist dashboard layout. Physical buttons for HVAC controls enhance usability.
Technology and Comfort
The feature list includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.1-inch digital instrument cluster, a two-spoke steering wheel, and a single-pane sunroof.
Battery, Powertrain, and Range
Battery Pack Options
The Toyota Urban Cruiser EV will be offered with two LFP battery options: a 48.8kWh pack producing 142bhp and 192.5Nm, and a larger 61.1kWh unit generating 172bhp with identical torque output.
Claimed Driving Range
Toyota claims a maximum driving range of up to 500km, placing the Urban Cruiser EV among the more competitive electric SUVs in its segment.

Main Rivals
The Urban Cruiser EV will compete against models such as the VinFast VF 6, MG Windsor EV, Tata Curvv EV, Mahindra BE 6, Hyundai Creta Electric, Kia Carens Clavis EV, and Maruti e Vitara.
