Disclaimer

Important notes on how to use the information published on 24SevenUpdates.

Effective date: ยท Last updated:

This Disclaimer applies to 24SevenUpdates ("we", "us" or "our") and all content published on 24sevenupdates.in (the "Website"), including articles, images, videos, social-media posts and RSS feeds. By reading or using the Website you accept this Disclaimer in full. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy and editorial standards.

1. General information only

All content on the Website is published in good faith and for general information and news purposes only. While we work hard to keep our reporting accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Website or the information, products, services or related graphics it contains. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

2. No professional, financial, medical or legal advice

24SevenUpdates covers topics such as cryptocurrency, business, markets, health, automobiles, law and public policy. Nothing on the Website constitutes professional advice, and you should not treat it as such.

  • Financial and cryptocurrency content is not investment, trading, tax or financial advice. Prices of stocks, cryptocurrencies and other assets are highly volatile. Always do your own research and consult a SEBI-registered or otherwise licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions. We are not responsible for any losses arising from decisions based on our content.
  • Health content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Website.
  • Legal and policy content is a journalistic summary and may not reflect the most current legal developments. Consult a qualified lawyer for advice on your specific situation.
  • Automobile, technology and product content โ€” specifications, prices and availability are as reported at the time of publication and may change. Verify with the manufacturer or seller before purchasing.

3. Accuracy, timeliness and corrections

News moves fast. Stories may be updated as new information becomes available, and details reported at the time of publication (prices, statistics, quotes, schedules) may later change. Each article shows its publication date and, where applicable, an Updated timestamp. If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, please email 24sevenupdatesnews@gmail.com; our corrections policy explains how we handle such requests.

Our articles link to external websites โ€” sources, official documents, other news organisations and social-media posts โ€” to support our reporting. These sites are not operated by us. We do not control their content, privacy practices or availability, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the site or its views. Once you leave the Website, this Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy no longer apply.

5. Advertising, sponsored content and affiliate links

The Website is free to read and is supported by advertising. Please note:

  • Display advertising (for example Google AdSense) is served by third-party networks. We do not endorse the products or services advertised, and any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
  • Sponsored content is always clearly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Partner content" and is kept separate from our independent editorial coverage.
  • Affiliate links. Some articles may contain affiliate links (for example to Amazon or other retailers). If you buy through such a link we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence what we recommend or how we report.

Unless otherwise stated, all original text, graphics and design on the Website are the copyright of 24SevenUpdates. You may share links to our articles and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back; you may not republish full articles, scrape the site or use our content commercially without written permission.

The Website may include images, quotations or short excerpts owned by third parties. Such material is used for news reporting, criticism, comment and commentary, which we believe constitutes fair dealing under Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (and fair use under comparable laws elsewhere). Wherever possible we credit the original source.

Takedown requests: if you are a copyright owner and believe your work has been used on the Website in a way that goes beyond fair dealing, email 24sevenupdatesnews@gmail.com with (a) a link to the material on our site, (b) proof of ownership and (c) your contact details. We review such notices promptly and remove or credit material as appropriate.

7. Views expressed

Opinion pieces, analysis and quotations reflect the views of their authors or the people quoted and do not necessarily represent the official position of 24SevenUpdates. Comments or posts by readers on our social-media channels are the sole responsibility of the people who post them; we reserve the right to remove any comment that is abusive, defamatory or unlawful.

8. AI-assisted content

Some articles on the Website are drafted, summarised or proof-read with the help of AI-assisted tools, under the supervision of our editorial team and based on verified sources. We disclose this openly because we believe readers have a right to know how content is produced. Every article remains subject to our editorial standards and corrections policy. Learn more on our About us page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24SevenUpdates, its founder, editors, contributors and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage โ€” including loss of profits, data or goodwill โ€” arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

10. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Please check back periodically.
